I just wanted to start by saying many of us have lots of talents to offer others in the family. I thought everyone might be interested in dad's latest gift or talent. Dad is now a nocturnal
raccoon hunter. So I thought why not have him teach us while everyone is here in
June to hunt
raccoons?

The picture above is the small window in the office a wire is
rigged into the window and down the patio to hold this large box up in the air 4ft. A bowl of cat food taped to the concrete (so it can't be moved of course) and trapped is checked every 15-30 min through the night. When a critter is spotted the trap is dropped. Then a piece of plywood is slipped under. This handy HUGE box is probably 3 1/2 by 4 ft, and is creatively
equipped with wheels to be wheeled to the car. So even those people with ms can easily load this into the truck at 3 in the morning and take them to the dump which happens to be right down the road from our house. The stray cat dad got
Friday night
Kelly said she would pay dad $5 to drop it at our house! But I think the dump is close enough. Anyone interested in a all
nighter in June??????
