Today is a happy day for the Petersons. We no longer have to travel to Las Vegas, Hawaii, or Portland to visit one of our favorite restaurants. Yes, the Cheesecake Factory has opened in Murray, UT. How fortunate is that! I am sure we'll have to come up with some excuses to go to SLC and stop by for dinner or dessert. I can't wait!

I LOVE the cheesecake factory!!! We've been to the one in Portland and Hawaii - we'll have to try out the one in Salt Lake!
